So maybe this isn't the digital SLR i've always wanted, but I got a sweet deal for what I got.

I bought a KODAK DX6490 with 10x zoom for 200 dollars (from my sister). With a free dock thrown in there. This thing take much clearer close ups, and can get awesome shots from far away. The best part about it, is that it's also manual, meaning I can play with the F stops and shutter speeds. Not to mention the color quality is far better then my old point and shoot. Sure it's only 4 megapixels, but who cares?

Expect me to be more active on DA.
